This is a new adventure – in a Second life filled with many adventures! Every day I learn about living, about people, about being, about the amazing creativity of people all around the world – and I hope to share some whispers with anyone who likes to look.
Something very special is the way people bring the creativity of Second Life to support values and visions in RL – one of the charities I have supported for several years is Feed a Smile – A charity that encourages people to donate their time and talents as well as money to benefit children in Kenya.
This is the gathering place at the Lavender Fields where poetry, song and dance performances are held several days every week.
The winds and rain of April give way to the blossoms of May – giving us joy and lighting up our world – In the same way that visiting the Lavender Fields Sim in SL will let YOU give light and joy to hundreds of children in Kenya. Donating just 100L$ will provide a meal for a child through the FEED a SMILE program – and there are several other options to sponsor programs that support the children towards a better future.
The outfit I put together today brings the soft spring image of blossoms to life. The Valentina Courte dress by pixivor Allen for AlaFolie offers a HUD with many options. I chose delicate green blossoms and white lace over a white silk slip. Those blossoms are echoed in the Gems & Kisses Pearls in Love bracelet and the LaGyo Isabella Ring, and the delicate colour is repeated in the Hucci Payson Sandals.
